These parties include the job applicant, the employer, representatives of the employer who are involved in the hiring process, and Astor Professional Search. Our attorney recruiting firm does not and will not share or sell any of your personal information with any third party outside of the recruiting process. Additionally, we will only share your information with parties participating in the recruiting process with your expressed consent.

To better provide you with our recruiting services, we may collect personally identifiable information in the following ways.

Information You Provide:
Our contact form requests your name, phone number, and email address. You may also attach additional personally-identifying information like your LinkedIn profile URL, resume, law school transcript, and/or a brief message. We use this information to contact you directly by phone or email to discuss our services. We may store your resume in our secure database to contact you in the future about employment opportunities. You may opt-out of resume storage by indicating your preference on our contact form.

Log Files:
We use a standard procedure for using log files. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), date and time stamps, referring/exit pages, and sometimes, the number of clicks. The information is used for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
